The reason that I am posting on this board is that I now that many of you out there would like to lose weight before your wedding day. After having my babies I found myself with extra weight. I tried everything but I realize now that working out 5 to 6 days a week and eating healthier has helped me gain control of my body. I started my challenge on 11/1 and I have lost 5lbs so far.
