This is new and never used. I do want to point out that when I bought it one of the edges to the tiers was ripped slightly, about 2-3 inches across, but is not noticeable at all once the veil is on. The sales rep cut me a deal since I pointed it out. </p> <p>Color: Ivory <br />Tiers: 5 <br />Length: the shortest tier which is the blusher is about 36&quot; and each tier is staggered about 4&quot; from each other, until the last tier, which is about 62&quot; <br />Width: about 62&quot; spread out completely, but about half that once it's worn on the head. <br />Cut: Regular <br />Trim: Pencil edge, in ivory <br />Comb: I will throw in a detachable metal comb since the veil itself is attached to a quilted rectangular piece, about 4&quot; wide.</p> <p>Price: Orig. $400.
