Dazzling Monique Lhuillier "Fabiana" ivory lace gown. Features a delicate halter neck, scalloped lace bottom and a small train about 1 to 2 feet long, which you can have pearls attached to bustle it. It has a gorgeous sweetheart neckline with a fitted waist and an ivory ribbon belt.  The intricate details are stunning, and this is one of her more expensive dresses because of all the detailing. The dress retails for over $6,000, I also have a custom corset that cost $700, and a "Bernadetta" heart shaped ivory veil that was $500, altogether I paid £5,800 (over USD$9,000 at current exchange rates).  Purchased from Brown's Bridal in London, all receipts are also available to confirm the gown is authentic.  I am happy to give the new owner both the corset and veil free of charge. The gown was drycleaned by a couture specialist immediately after wearing for $300, and is stored in acid free tissue in a pet and smoke free home.

Hello, I am getting ready to sell my Monique Lhuillier "Monet" wedding gown along with 2 Original Monique Lhuillier Sashes which are being included in the sale of the gown.  This was truly my dream dress and I have never gotten so many compliments in my life!  Many of my wedding guests told me that this was the most beautiful gown that they had ever seen! The gown is a strapless sheath gown. It is made of French Alencon embroidered lace in the ML silk white color (an off-white).  The lining is a latte colored 100% silk lining. It has beautiful details such as embroidered lace, pearl buttons lining the back, a french 3 point bustle, a scalloped neckline and a scalloped sweep train. The sashes are original ML Satin sashes.  One is 4 in. in diameter/gold satin sash but looks as though it is a champagne color.  (I wore this one on my wedding day, simply folded over in half and tied in a knot in the back.)  The other is about a 2 in. in diameter/brown satin sash (never been used). Neither sashes were cut or altered in any way. The gown and one of the sashes were only worn for about 6 hours on my wedding day.  I purchased this gown at Sak's Fifth Avenue Bridal Salon in Houston, Texas. I have all the original receipts. It was hardly altered.  It fit me "perfectly" from the designer.  The only known alterations that were made were to the length.  This was done by seamstresses in the bridal department at Sak's Fifth Avenue.  I am 5'6" and wore 4 inch stiletto's and requested that the gown sweep the floor in the front so this dress will easily fit someone 5'10" and still have extra fabric to sweep in the front if desired. The dress is a size 4 (my measurements are 34B-24-34).  I was told the dress can be taken in up to two sizes (to a 0 or a 2) but personally I would not recommend letting out this dress to a bigger size. There are no stains other than light dirt from when I wore it on my wedding day (needs to be dry-cleaned), no tears, no rips, no snags or other damage.  It has been stored in a clean, cedar lined closet in a smoke-free, animal-free home. The dress has not been dry-cleaned.  I am currently in the process of getting quotes from local wedding care specialists in Metairie, Louisiana where I am located.  As soon as it is professional cleaned, I will post it for sale on weddingbee in addition to a popular wedding gown resale site. I know that one had several sashes pre-made and onsite while the one I purchased my dress from could make of dye one of any color I wanted in a few days at most. You may also want to call any dress makers, high end fabric stores, etc in the area. Good luck!

Duchess Silk Satin wedding gown in Eggshell (ivory).  Strapless, with a slight sweetheart neckline (can easily be made more or less sweetheart as desired).  The skirt is A-line, and there are pick-ups on the skirt of the dress very similar in style to Monique Lhuillier.  The train is chapel length, and the ties for the bustle are all in place.  Included is a satin sash in color Stone with Swarovski crystal on the front.  The dress was worn once for my June 2009 (indoor) wedding, and professionally cleaned immediately following the wedding.  Slight wear at the hem (no tears). Dress is a Watters size 2, but I wear a street size of 2 or 4.  My height with shoes is 5' 7.5"  Asking price: $1,000 + shipping (or pick-up in So-Cal).  Can include fingertip length ivory drop veil for free too. Very similar in style to Monique Lhuillier's Snow White dress.

This is an authentic Monique Lhuillier "Melissa" dress. It was one of the first dresses that caught my eye, and it's the one I ended up taking home with me after trying on 50 others. I chose ivory reimbroidered Alencon lace over an ivory silk charmeuse slip since I thought the dress looked a little blah with the latte slip underneath. I received so many compliments on it for its unique, vintage modern look. This is a great dress if you are looking for something that is not the traditional strapless dress! It is so, so light and easy to wear. There are godet inserts which gives the skirt a nice kick when you walk and a great flare when you spin around. There are ivory raw silk ribbons at the waist, a bow on each cap sleeve, and three bows down the back of the dress (all of which are visible when bustled). The dress zips at the side so there's no interruption of the lace in the back. The dress is a bridal size 10, and I'm usually a street size 4-6. The bust was unaltered. I probably could have worn a size 8 but because I'm fairly chesty (32D/DD, measuring around 35.5"-36"), we wanted to make sure there was enough room up top. I was able to wear a longline bustier underneath that did not show through the dress at all. The hips are also unaltered (I'm around 37" but there is some give there). The waist was taken in very slightly to approximately 27.5". I am 5'4" and wore 2 inch heels for the ceremony, then switched to 2.5" heels for dancing at the reception. The dress was ordered for someone around 5'8" and I have all of the lace that was trimmed off the bottom. The lace scalloped edging at the hem can be removed and re-sewn to adjust the length. The straps of the underslip were also shortened, but we looped the straps inside the slip instead of cutting them. The dress currently has an extremely elegant 15-point victorian/french bustle, which really shows off the lace and bow details down the back of the dress, but could easily be removed. I loved this bustle much more than the traditional bustles I've seen for lace dresses (1 or 3 points). The dress is in amazing shape (no holes, rips, stains, or tears) and comes from a smoke-free home. The dress also does not wrinkle. It has been stored in a fabric garment bag since it was cleaned. Moniques are made in the USA. I can also include a short ivory tulle visor (very short) for $20. I wore the dress with a birdcage veil that I made myself, but had a hard time choosing between the two. For another $60 I can also include a blue feather fascinator with a pearl and crystal centerpiece, as well as a coordinating bracelet and pair of earrings, all of which are new - I have not worn them. This dress has a vintage flair to it, something really different yet classic at the same time. It is extremely comfortable and wearable. It can't weigh more than a few pounds, no boning or cinching. Just a light, airy and beautiful dress! This dress is the ivory lace overlay on a latte slip with the antiqued ribbon trim at the waist and down the back. There is a five-point standard bustle, whose hooks are hidden under lace bit (spotless!). The ribbons on the sleeves have been removed. I have had the dress professionally cleaned and inspected for tears/damage (one small opening along a back seam was found and repaired). This will fit someone who's a 10/12 street size. Height-wise, the scalloped bottom of the dress can be cut off, the dress hemmed, and re-sewn if you are shorter than 5'7 or wearing shorter heels.
