I had this gorgeous ivory-colored, lace overlay dress custom-made for me. There is only one like it in the world! The bust is covered in very unique pleating, along with intricate beadwork.  It has a corset back so it can be adjusted to fit many body types, although it is about a 6 or an 8 in wedding dress sizes. It has not been altered in any way and has only been tried on by myself a few times. I am 5'6 and can easily wear 3" heels with it. It is a beautiful gown but unfortunately I decided not to go strapless. Selling price is $200 (paypal or cash only), with shipping, insurance and tracking included. I am selling this gorgeous ANNE BARGE satin ballgown. I got this at the Running of the Brides last year but I decided it is too fancy for my laid-back, beach-y wedding. I am so sad to see this go but it really deserves a new home! It has been safely stored in a plastic garment bag in a smoke-free, pet-free home. This was probably a sample from Anne Barge, originally listed for $4350, marked down to $3000, I bought it for $699 + tax. I am looking to sell it for $650 OBO. Buyer to pay shipping + insurance. I am located in metrowest MA and would be happy to meet up. It is a size 12 but will fit a street size 6 to 10. It has been unaltered. It is a strapless ballgown with small pickups and embroidery and beading on the bodice. Style # is 253X. Color is Pearl. This dress has never been worn except to try on. It has beautiful REAL small buttons on the back. I suspect the beads are Swarovski. It has many layers of tulle and is fully lined. You will not need a petticoat! It is 100% silk! Because this is from the ROTB, the dress does have a few flaws. It is a tad wrinkled and there are light stains on the train/edges of the dress. There are also light stains near the neckline. A couple of beads are missing and some of the embroidery has come loose. The zipper has lost it's little dangly part but it is completely intact and functional. Some of the pickups have lost the thread that were holding it together. All of these things could be fixed with a dry cleaner and a seamstress! I have many more pics and am happy to answer any question you have. The dress is a size 4 and is true to size. I bought this dress off the rack at a BGBC store, full retail price is $360. I am asking $225. Description from designer: Tonal satin stripes pattern airy silk chiffon, styled with a gathered bodice and an inset Empire waist. Adjustable tie is attached at the side. Back zip with hook-and-eye closure. Rubber strip around top for a secure fit. Approx. length from top center front to hem: 54″. Silk; dry clean. I bought a Nicole Miller dress for $962, in Philadelphia.  I tried to cancel my order immediately so I could save a little more and buy a gown that was $1310 (I realized that having the charge on the credit card with terrible interest right now was the same thing as waiting a few months and buying the more expensive gown then).  They wouldn't let me and sent a very annoying email (full of empty flattering and showed no understanding of my situtation) and now I'm so upset I just don't want one from that store anymore.  So.  I have a store credit for $962 which can be used at the Philadelphia stores.  If you're going to buy a dress there You can use my store credit for say, $762, saving you $200.  Maybe a little complicated, but I'm sure we can work it out.  We can just meet at the store.  Please contact me soon if you're interested, if I don't hear from anyone I'll just suck it up and pick something from there... the dresses are great, and I guess I'll get over the negative feelings eventually.
