You can try contacting Candi Merle from Crowning Glory Designs. She typically takes about 2-3 weeks to custom make your veil. And she is very reasonably priced! I'm not sure where you're located, but she's located in Southern California. I bought a two tiered ivory veil with the longest tier coming down to my waist, and it only cost me $55. And she is such a sweetheart.
