I have a used-once 1-tier petticoat that's in great condition. It's 1-tier so it's not quite as full as the some. I wore it under my A-line dress and it gave me just enough "oomph" that I wanted. I bought it for ~$50 bucks including tax and would like to sell it for $15.

 I also have 3 gold painted "I Do" wooden letters. I placed them in front of my cake. It is already sanded and can be painted to match your wedding colors. They're about 3" high. $3 for all three letters.
