    Do these come with the lights as well?

    Yes, I have a white 24 socket light kit that we're selling for $115.

    We also have 5mm and 10mm LEDs and CR2032 batteries that you can use to make throwies to light them up (see  http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/lighting-paper-lanterns-with-throwies).
