This is a crinoline skirt designed for a mermaid or trumpet wedding dress. I wore it under a Pronovias Diamante dress, which is actually a modified A-line (fitted to the hips) and not a mermaid or trumpet, but it worked perfectly. The skirt is super full on the bottom (3 tiers of gathered tulle) but this part is only 24" high (would come up to about just above the knee when you're wearing heels). The upper part of the skirt is super slimming spandex and is 19" long (the top should sit at your natural waist) -- perfect for keeping you tucked in!
