Hi NCV2, I tried ordering from a person on ebay who has made around 250 dresses, with 99.6% approval rating. She promised to make my dress exactly like the picture I sent her. However, what she made was nothing like the embroidery I wanted. Thankfully, she sent me a photo of the dress before it was shipped (it took about a month for the dress to be completed), and I was able to say "no thank you" and get a full refund. If I were to try again, I might try April Bridal (by Jeffliu8000), who has made over 2000 dressesl The reviews on his dresses seem to be very good. However, I'm a bit afraid to get my hopes up and try again.
