I charge 10.00 per hour to make the outfit. Don't want to pay an arm and a leg? Just provide the materials (fabric, notions - like zippers, beading, etc., lining fabric for inside of outfit) and only pay for my labor. so if it takes me 8 hours to make the dress you only pay 80 dollars!
