The dress retails for over $3,200 and the alterations (adding cups and a bustle, nothing major) were another $500. I am selling it for $1,500 OBO. It is a size 10, which is street clothes is about a size 6. I am about 5''' and wore 1.5 in heels. The dress comes with a a beautiful ribbon sash and has been professionally cleaned.
