I have an alencon lace bolero made by Rohm on Etsy. I paid $168 for it, I'm willing to sell it for $150, shipping included in that cost.
It was made for my measurements, I am a size 10, but it's not overly snug, so I bet it'd fit a 10, 12 and maybe even an 8, depending on how you want it to look.
I've attached an image of what it looks like on the manequin. I'd be happy to send photos of it "in action" (though I'll have to take them, because I've never actually worn the bolero).
