I purchased this dress from Church Street Bridal a few weeks ago, and after debating for a while, I've decided this dress is not the one I'm going to wear on my wedding day. I do like it a lot, but I feel like my hips look huge in it, and it's just not as flattering as I was hoping.
It was a sample dress and does need a few repairs. There are two areas in the side seam that need to be sewn again, some of the lace needs to be retacked, and the ribbon needs some type of ring. There is also a small section near the zipper that has pulled away and just needs to be adjusted. All of those things are very minor.
I'm asking the same amount I paid for it which was $345. It is a size 12 and ivory in color. Please PM if you have any questions or would like more pictures.
I loved this dress when i first saw it in the blog. I'm concerned about the lenth of it though...have you tried it on? How tall are you and did you by any chance see a seamstress about having it hemmed? I just can't seem to picture where they would take it up.
I'm 5'1" and when I put on my 4 inch heels the dress still drags the ground more than it should. When I purchased the dress from Church Street, I also had the same concerns about the hem. Michelle from the salon said she thought a seamstress would be able to take off the bottom layers (the underneath) and hem it that way (maybe even from the top) and then re-sew those layers to the dress again.
If it helps, I had her measure the dress from the top of the bust to the bottom of the hem. It is 4'6". You can probably have someone measure you from your bust to the floor and see how long it is.
I hope that helps!! Let me know if you have any more questions! Thank you!!

Size 12
Bust: 37 1/2
Waist: 29 1/2
Hips: 39 1/2
I wear a street size 8/10, so it runs a little on the small size.
