I purchased this crinoline to go with a dress that I never wore. The crinoline fits a tea-length dress. It's got massive, 50s-style pouf--so adorable! I had it custom made on Etsy. It fits someone with a size 28 waist, but could be stretched a bit. It would look so cute peaking out the bottom of a tea length party dress!
