Hi Sharon! I don't know where you are from, but I saw this on craigslist in the Bay Area (Burlingame, CA)...she has 65 parasols from her wedding for $5/each...
Oriental Trading Co. has "Paint Your Own Parasols" dz for $29.95 - Item # IN-48/363, but they sell out for quickly and they are currently cold out, they just keep telling me to keep checking the website, but they are the best deal, so just keep checking - most of the brides I've talked to on here bought theirs from there too.
I bought parasols for my BMs and myself at www.asianideas.com and I also bought paper hand fans for our guests for our outdoor wedding. I am really happy with what we got! The parasols are like $5 each if you order 5 or more (I think) and the fans are $.85/fan if you order like 50 or more of one color. You should definitely check them out!
