Hello brides to be!  I'm getting married on May 16 2009.  I bought my wedding dress from Priscilla of Boston and will get it professionally cleaned there immediately after the wedding. I've decided to sell my dress than let it sit somewhere unused.  It's such a lovely dress--I wanted to pass it on.  The dress is by Melissa Sweet, the style is Dora, and I'm getting it in size 8, color Diamond White.   The Diamond White is a beautiful color.  It's a soft white, not like some bright white dresses I've seen.  It has an ivory Swiss dotted silk organza overlay with white satin underlay--it's so romantic.  You can watch a runway video of the dress and zoom in to see the details of the fabric on priscilla's website:

It is described as a ball gown but it's very relaxed and not puffy at all.  I say it is somewhere between a ballgown and A-line maybe.  It is incredibly flattering--I've never felt like I had such a small waist before!  It is strapless with a modified sweetheart neckline with some ruching detail on the bust.  There is also a self sash that really helps give shape to your waist.  I've never felt more beautiful in a dress--and I don't even wear dresses!  I immediately knew I wanted this dress the minute I tried it on.  I'm approx. 5'7 and a half inches.  My other measurements are bust 38, waist 28and a half and hips 38.  I'll probably have cups sewn in that can easily be removed if you need to.
