I have a Melissa Sweet Lia looking for a new home! I was going to trash the dress, but would be much to sad to see it destroyed :( So hopefully someone else can enjoy it! It's originally a size 8 but has been altered to a street size of 2 or 4. It's got all the bustles and a built in "corset" to keep the dress up since it's strapless.
In case the new owner would like to get alterations, I haven't spent the money to get it pressed and cleaned (because you'll likely want to do that after alterations again anyways), so I'm going to knock the price a bit from the money I would've spent getting it cleaned. I'm asking for $1000 or best offer. I'm located in Northern Caifornia - I'd be happy to email you with pictures.
I will email everyone pictures of the dress tonight once I get home - thank you for being so patient! I'll also get exact measurements out too.
The length of the dress shouldn't be an issue, I had it taken in a bit with the length but all the fabric is still there and can be let out for taller brides out there.
I also had questions about whether or not the dress is new. It is not new, but was worn one day for a wedding. There are no rips and tears, but one of the buttons down the back is loose. I have not gotten it cleaned or pressed, which is why the price is so low. I figure when you get it altered you're going to want to get it re-cleaned and pressed anyhow.
