"Keep It Together" Expandable File Organizer with 7 Printed Tabs: Location, Flowers, Music, Dress/Attire, Photo/Video, Menu, Cake.  With my wedding over, this lovely folder is no longer needed. I LOVED it, and used it religiously. It worked better for me than notebooks or binders because a) it was cheaper and I wanted to use the money on shoes (sheepish grin) than on prep stuff and b) I liked the dividers where I could put a lot of things without having to 3 whole punch or make it fit as exactly.

I spent about 35 dollars on this, but because it is used will let it go 15 obo. They apparently do not make it anymore.
