I am getting married on June 28th, 2008 in New York City. My wedding is quite small (only 60-70 people total) but I need someone to ensure that things will run smoothly. I also need someone to help me set up the floral arrangements on the tables. I am ordering my flowers from online and have all the components of the centerpieces (which are very simple and easy) so I just need someone to set the eight or so tables on the day of the wedding.
I basically need the following on the day of June 28th:
Morning
-see that everything is setup/delivered.
-arrange floral arrangements/candles on dining tables (I'm still not sure about ordering flowers but I might go with a florist).
-arrange favor table (the tables and chairs will be delivered/set up by the caterer)
-arrange memory table (with childhood photos) and guest book table.
During Ceremony
-distribute programs and treats. -distribute umbrellas if raining (I will provide these and arrange for them to be in the limo's trunk)
During Reception
-Cue music
-Pack up childhood photos into suitcase.
-See that my Mum and Aunt (who are old) get into their limo home.
I third Christine Viola as well! She has been nothing but super helpful, sweet and calm through our whole planning process. And her prices are great too!
But if she is booked (which she probably will be for a June wedding, most of 2008 is booked for her already), try her associates, Hollie or Tara.
Also Francesa from Dazzling Affairs is highly recommended.
