My husband and I used Hector Perez from Focused on the Details. He is from California but came out to our wedding in Upstate New York. His website is focusedonthedetails.com. He did a great job of finding locations in the area without ever visiting before, he even found/picked amazing locations that I didn't think of/knew of and I grew up in the area.
