Each section begins with advice and is followed by forms and checklists for the following topics:
1. Contacts Detailed Description: This provides detailed information for each vendor you will be using, including Coordinator, Location, Officiant, Photographer, Videographer, Music, Florist, Wedding Cake, Bridal Shop, 3 Rental Companies, Hairstylist, Make-up Artist, Transportation Company, Rehearsal Dinner, 4 Hotels for Out-of-Town Guests, Brunch, and 3 Honeymoon Accommodations. This is the backbone of your entire wedding and having all of the information front and center is ingenious. The Contacts section also includes a letter-sized plastic business card sleeve.
2. Location Note: All subsequent topics are covered in the same depth as the Contacts section. Most have room for a photo (of your dress, his tux, your shower, etc.) and plastic sleeves for fabric swatches, magazine tear-outs or whatever other little tidbits you need to keep handy and protected.

Aesthetics ----------
This organizer (more like a Franklin Covey monarch-sized binder) is the ultimate in luxury, craftsmanship, beauty, quality and style. Just be sure that you LOVE blue... I sure do! The hue is actually somewhere in between baby blue and robin's egg blue. It's a paler and less green version of the patented Tiffany Blue.
The planner itself is, unfortunately, of high quality "pleather" (polyurethane, no doubt!)
All text in the organizer is in baby blue ink on recycled white heavy cover weight paper. The tabbed dividers are of heavy cardstock and most are two-page watercolor illustrations - very lovely!
Functionality ----------
The front flap has room for 6 business cards, an ID card (form provided) and a pen. Behind this built-in organizer lies a somewhat hidden compartment that could easily hold a few pages. The back flap has been constructed with regards for a letter-sized notepad. Refillable and reusable!
The buckle is magnetic and completely adjustable to 3 sizes! The handles are comfortable and sturdy enough to carry the weight of the planner easily, as is, and more if you intend to add pages. It's in the classic 3-ring binder format, so that makes adding letter-sized planning pages (and post-wedding re-use) a must, especially considering the material (PU).
