Sweetheart Strapless Trumpet Mermaid Size 0-4

I tried on the Oleg Cassini 7CRL277 and fit in a 2. Unfortunately, I cannot afford an $1000 dress.

I am open to suggestions regarding similar dresses. Any pictures or ideas?
