Maybe I wear an unusual size. I found two black pair in a 6.5 and I've been checking back a couple of times a week, but still nothing in white or ivory.
Are you still looking for shoes? I bought a pair of ivory satin slingbacks from j.crew for my wedding in September. I bought them in a size 6, because that's what I usually wear. But they ran big and they wouldn't stay on when I was practicing walking in them. So I think they are actually closer to a 6.5. I ended up getting a different pair for the wedding, so they are still new (except for a couple of trial runs around my living room). Let me know if you're interested and I can email you photos.
