I just wore this for my September wedding. I only had the length altered. I am 5'3" flat footed. I had it altered to touch the ground with 3" shoes on (picture of exact shoes I wore below). It is a size 4. I can get you my measurements (bust, waist, hips) if you want to compare to your size.

The purple ribbon around the waist IS removable along with the brooch.

I did have it bustled in the back, the seamstress made it so the bustle was permanant for the night but it was done with ties so I am sure it could come apart if you want a train.

Asking $200 obo. Will have it dry cleaned before mailing. Shipping will be whatever the cost is according to USPS site.
