I create this post to see if you future brides can help other brides to find a good deal in wedding invitations. I have google for hours but when I add the return envelope and all the additional stuff everything add up and I end up with an expensive invitation and the one on my price range ihave seen look kind of cheesy I dont know... :( . I am looking to buy an invitation around $5 max per person. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated. Email me or post the website with the place you purcase yours, your experience with the vendor if you like and the quality of the product. Thanks A LOT for your feedback and for sharing the information.
Try Thomas Printers in Pennsylvania www.thomas-printers.com. They do really beautiful letterpress. They use crane lettra and you can choose between 110# or 220#. One color, 110# paper, including custom design is about 4 dollars an invitation (I actually couldn't believe it when I read the price quote). I've been really happy with her so far. She is very easy to work with, even far away through e-mail, and is really open to your ideas. Goodluck!
Try vistaprint.com! You can upload your design (or use their templates) and have them print them. At the 5.5"x4" size, one sided, glossy, with envelopes, and with shipping in the USA, you can get 100for $101.98 and standard shipping (although there are a lot of options) for $11.15. You can then upload a desisingfor an RSVP card at a smaller size, I think it's 3.5" x 5", glossy, one sided, with envelopes for $48.73 with $12 shipping. This comes to a total of $173.86 or about $1.74 per invite. Then all you have to do it buys outer envelopes (if you're using them) for a little bit more. I believe envelope mall has good ones and a ton of options. Of course, if you wanted to place your invites into a pocket fold, you'd have to order those and they'd be a little more pricy. Or if you wanted to order paper to back your invites with, that would add a little more money too. If you don't want to pay a lot to get invites designed, I design invites for brides to download and print on their own for around $75-$95. You get to chose what you want and I can build it for you to fit in the software you want, like Word. You can pm me if interested or see some of my designs at www.colorcoated.etsy.com . Good luck!!

We just ordered our invitations through www.foreverfiances.com. It's the classiest all-in-one I've found, PLUS it comes printed on recycled paper :)
I used Cami's Papery. She's local to DC/MD/VA, but will work with you from anywhere. She creates custom designer invitations for MUCH less. posted by DoubleTroubleDesigns 6 months agoI have a $200 Papeterie Store gift certificate that I could sell you for $125 -- and those tend to run $68.75 for 25 sets of invitations, that include

response card
unprinted mailing envelopes
unprinted response envelopes
So if you're expecting to send 100 invitations, it'd cost $275 (before tax) -- but with that gift certificate, youd only spend about $200 for 100 invites :) ($125 for g.c. and an additional $75 to meet the total).
Let me know if you're interested :)
If not, check out their site anyway, it's pretty fantastic.
